A question about informed Delivery? I live in apartments so I guess they not offering me that option. Can I just call them and tell them I have a package coming and they will just give me the tracking number ? I just want to know how this works

I’ve been following this post for days since I’m a first time customer (order placed Tuesday Jan 21) just to get an idea of how legit this is ( I’ve lost money before in fake sites) and @lightshow11 i don’t think the business was blaming the postman…
