Hi, I placed an order yesterday and I have not received an order confirmation or a payment confirmation. Is this normal??? I checked the Blockchain and it showed that the payment was received.
Yes that is normal. I did not receive any emails on my orders yesterday.
Our confirmation system glitches out often, if you paid you should be all set!
