This is terrific feedback, thanks! In fact, we have been seeing an increase in new customers over the past few months. We had attributed it to lockdowns etc but I believe that the forum has been a factor too, you're probably right.

@Jdtokes it's been a thing for years but it's only been recently that we've had so many orders that it's been triggered. We lowered prices some and folks have been stuck at home so the total number of orders is up!

They shouldn't. Rather, I think they would burst open instead. If the liquid inside gets hot enough, it will expand. I just don't know how hot that has to be.

These stories are becoming very common these days! MM put an extra post on the order page because our customers should expect extended delivery times. Not everyone is seeing that, but if you're not, you're among the lucky ones.

We generally go with the shipper's costs and then add a consistent margin to that. The cartridges are more expensive for us to get, but I don't know necessarily why that is.

All the above is true, and I'll add that often a package is actually on the way even though informed delivery is saying "awaiting item." I find it's just a mess these days!

This seems like a lively discussion already, I'll only add that we leave it up to the shippers which ones are premium and we generally trust their judgment on that. Potency is the biggest factor, followed by flavor and presentation.

@PettKatt you can try ordering gum drops this time of year, but buyer beware. There's a good chance they'll show up as melty gloop. That doesn't affect their potency, however.

We recommend that folks get a PO box any time there's any kind of issue with their street address. We rarely have trouble with smells emanating from our packages, but I can't claim that it's never happened.
