Looks like a system bug to me. Reported it.

Chemdawg was under Cannabis Club and they hit their order limit. This will be reset around 3pm PST and should be available again at that time.

@MikeyC - It's likely they are just overwhelmed with the amount of orders as everyone tries to get something before they're gone. This can cause errors as you can see.
